Members of the Friends of the Museum, receive a 12 page quarterly colour magazine. The magazine contains articles on military history, as well as a diary and news of the Regiment, the Museum and the Friends.

The current edition’s lead story is the 6th Battalion of the Border Regiment on Gold Beach on D-Day. There are feature articles on the creation of the 55th Foot in 1756; a long-lived regiment; an 18th Century Army Brat; British drones; the Boys anti-tank rifle; and news and memories from the Regimental Family.

The next edition will have as its lead story the Alston Mountaineers – volunteer riflemen. It will be published in early August 2026.

The Magazine is free to members of the Friends of the Museum or £1.50 from the Museum shop.
