Love books and looking for something to do over the August Bank Holiday weekend?

Come along to Cumbria’s Museum of Military Life on Saturday 27th, Sunday 28th, and Monday 29th August between 11:00 and 16:00 for our second-hand book sale.

There are hundreds of second-hand books to choose from, covering a wide range of military history. From the First World War to the Falklands, battlefield guidebooks to military memoirs we have a vast range of titles and topics to suit all tastes.

Admission to book sale is free, though normal admission charges apply to Cumbria’s Museum of Military Life and Carlisle Castle.
