Our Museum relies on generous donations from people like you.

Why should I donate?

By giving today you will directly support the Museum which is run by a charitable trust (No. 271943) and a small dedicated team of staff and volunteers. Our only guaranteed source of funding comes from admission charges. To keep the Museum open and to maintain the building we rely on many forms of fundraising, most importantly donations.

The Museum has a commitment to communicate the history of Cumbria’s military to all generations and to preserve the history of ordinary people who did extraordinary things over an incredible 300+ year history.

How can I donate?

Use the Donate button below to start supporting the Museum monthly, annually, or as a one off donation. In all cases if you Gift Aid your donation, we can claim an extra 25p for every pound you give.
