Available Rooms

Imphal is the former games room of the regimental institute but is now the Museum’s main lecture and meeting room. Imphal offers an inspiring venue for conferences, seminars, presentations and board meetings.

Theatre style (up to 50 people)
Conference style (up to 20 people)
Seated meal (up to 24 people)

Kohima is the former NAAFI and restaurant and includes the original bar which has been restored. Kohima is now our temporary exhibition room and offers a great space for sit-down meals, drinks receptions, or larger meetings and conferences.

Imphal
– Full Day (9:00 – 17:00) £140
– Day Rates (hourly) £22 p/hr (min charge 2 hrs)
– Evenings (hourly from 17:00) £37 p/hr (min charge 2 hrs)

Kohima
– Full Day (9:00 – 17:00) £155
– Day Rates (hourly) £27 p/h (min charge 2 hrs)
– Evenings (hourly from 17:00) £42 p/hr (min charge 2 hrs)

Both
– Full Day (9:00 – 17:00) £250
– Day Rates (hourly) £42 p/hr (min charge 3 hrs)
– Evenings (hourly from 17:00) £57 p/hr (min charge 3 hrs)

Discount rates available for charities and not for profit organisations. Please ask for details.
Rate also includes full use of the conference equipment and complimentary admission to the main exhibition.

Additional Extras
Tea, Coffee and biscuit provision: £1.50 per head
Kitchen and bar facilities access: please call for rates (This access is necessary when bringing in outside caterers.)
For catered events there will be a standard cleaning charge of £30
